NeopreneX is not a trading company. We are a neoprene-specialized manufacturer with our own factory in Dongguan, the manufacturing capital of China. Led by founder Harry, who has been in neoprene product development, production, and quality control since 2002, we combine material engineering know-how with practical, day-to-day factory management to support demanding B2B projects.

Meet Harry, Founder of NeopreneX

Behind every stable supplier is a person who truly understands the material, the production floor, and the quality risks. At NeopreneX, that person is Harry.

Harry entered the neoprene industry in 2002 and has spent his entire career around neoprene fabric and finished products, from makeup bags and cosmetic pouches to laptop sleeves, sports accessories, and technical gear. He has worked across product design, material selection, process engineering, production management, and on-site quality control.

In 2003, Harry obtained his national ISO9000 certification auditor qualification and has also worked as a quality management consultant. This background gives him a very structured way of thinking about quality: not only as final inspection, but as a system that starts at raw materials, passes through every production step, and ends at how the product is used by the end customer.

Today, Harry leads NeopreneX with the same mindset he brings to the factory floor: clear standards, transparent processes, and a practical understanding of what can really be done in manufacturing—not just on paper, but in real production.

Our Story: Built Around Neoprene

Neoprene is a very special material. It is soft yet protective, flexible yet structurally stable. It quietly shapes how a product feels in the hand, how it protects what is inside, and how long it can last under real use.

Over the years, we noticed the same problem again and again: many buyers could find “cheap” neoprene, but struggled to find partners who truly understood how neoprene behaves during lamination, cutting, stitching, printing, and everyday use. The result was inconsistent hand-feel, unpredictable quality, and a lot of communication friction between brands, traders, and factories.

NeopreneX was created to close this gap. Our vision is simple: to become a long-term, dependable partner for brands and B2B buyers who need neoprene fabric and neoprene products that are engineered, tested, and produced with clear standards, not guesswork.

Our Factory in Dongguan, China

Real projects need real factory control. That is why NeopreneX operates its own factory in Dongguan.

Dongguan is known as one of the world’s most important manufacturing hubs. For neoprene products, it offers a complete ecosystem: foam rubber suppliers, fabric mills, lamination partners, cutting and sewing workshops, printing and packaging vendors—all within a tightly connected local supply chain.

Our factory is located in this ecosystem, which allows us to coordinate samples, testing, and production more efficiently. When a new design needs a special thickness, a different hand-feel, or a specific bonding method, we can quickly verify feasibility with our in-house team and local partners, instead of sending emails back and forth for weeks.

For our clients, this translates into faster development cycles, more realistic technical feedback, and a much more stable production base for scaling successful products.
